A pessimist always believes no before yes and is clouded before anything being clear, it’s as if they don’t want to be positive or happy sometime, it’s only a habit for example if they lose their job they may think they have no chance of getting another one! We all know a pessimist!
Whereas an optimist in the same situation will believe that abetter days is coming and almost ae thankful of the situation, they dust themselves down and act upon instinct whereas they are only acting on habits and instinct that is learned and formed.
It is about realigning your awareness, and your thinking and your habits making hem ritualistic in a positive way that serves you, what is your inner voice saying to you now?
When you are aware of the situation you can consciously retrain your mind and environment to your advantage and see opportunities in place of hurdles or obstacles, of course being optimistic is good for you and your well being, being pessimistic comes with health warning I’m afraid
