How are introverts and extroverts coping in lockdown

Introverted behaviours ie people who have a preference for less people interaction or will be quieter than extroverted behaviours will be more suited to the lockdown and more comfortable to operate with less interaction studies show.

Extroverted people will have found the lockdown more of a challenge if faced working remotely with less than normal people interaction and working for periods of time having to adapt their behaviour.

This situation can and will be stressful especially if adapting their preferred style for prolonged periods.
Creating higher levels of individual awareness are key so this is manageable by putting some techniques in place to help.

The values that drive our behaviours may also be starved of fulfilment in recent times and require again to raise awareness to highlight this will only provide a positive outcome to help the cause. If these areas are not highlighted and addressed it can lead to deeper issues of stress and performance issues.
